What is fondant?

Fondant is a sugar dough that is applied to the surface of a cake making it very smooth and almost porcelain like.  It does go over the buttercream frosting so if your guests do not prefer fondant they can simply eat the cake and buttercream underneath.

How do I place my order?

Simply call or email us and we will first determine date availability.  Once a date is secured we will work with you on the design.  All orders will be confirmed in writing via email.

How far in advance should I order my cake?

Because of the time and complexity that goes into our cakes, please reserve your date as soon as possible.
